Welcome to ST Marrt. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. COD availability depends on the service area of our courier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your parcel up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. ST Marrt is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
